The rumor mill's a-churnin' (do mills churn?) with the possibility of Mary Faber being considered as featured player on SNL. Faber's studied improv at UCB and the PIT and stars on How to Succeed on Broadway. Her reel is above, and it boasts a spot-on twisty-mouthed Kristen Stewart and some very funny original characters (like Knuckles, the 8-year-old "pragmatic bully"). Word is that SNL's also looking for a black female performer (which, of course, yes, please) and auditioning some other folks as well, but you can never have too many funny ladies, right? Fingers crossed for her.
