Rob Delaney and Sharon Horgan to Star in Channel 4 Pilot 'Catastrophe'

UK's Channel 4 has ordered a pilot from Twitter superstar Rob Delaney and Irish actress/writer Sharon Horgan called Catastrophe, Deadline reports. Delaney and Horgan will both star in the single-camera comedy, which follows "an Irish woman and an American man who make a bloody mess as they struggle to fall in love in London." Horgan, who created and starred in the hit BBC3 series Pulling, recently sold her fourth UK-to-US comedy series remake Dead Boss in September, so hopefully these two plan to hop over the pond after Catastrophe goes to series. Delaney has television credits on Key and Peele, Cougar Town, and the web series Burning Love, but his turn on Catastrophe will be his first starring role on the small screen.
