‘People’ Asks Samantha Bee, Kate McKinnon, Tracee Ellis Ross and More: Why Aren’t Men Funny?

Finally tackling the problem we’re all too scared to talk about, People magazine has assembled a team of comics to answer the controversial question, why aren’t men funny?

In a cheeky promo for the upcoming Emmys, People got nominees Samantha Bee, Kate McKinnon, Tracee Ellis Ross, Neicy Nash, and Allison Janney together to pretend that Hollywood’s got a white male problem (as in, there aren’t many out there); when asked, “Do you think men can be funny?”, a tiara-clad Janney responds, “Personally, I haven’t seen it,” followed by the most exasperated eye roll ever caught on tape. See, it’s funny because opposites!
