Casey Wilson to Star in Tina Fey’s ‘Sackett Sisters’ NBC Pilot
Casey Wilson might get to star in a new NBC comedy. According to The Hollywood Reporter, Wilson has signed on to star in a single-cam NBC comedy pilot called The Sackett Sisters. Ordered back in January, the pilot is produced by Tina Fey and Robert Carlock and written by 30 Rock alum Luke Del Tredici. The series centers on “the Sackett family, who is reunited when two estranged sisters perform an act of public heroism and are forced to navigate the aftermath together.” Wilson will play Sutton Sackett, “the cautious, humble and smartest in the Sutton family of train wrecks who moved as far from them as possible the minute she was old enough.” Busy Philipps also stars as Sutton’s older sister Maddy, “the family’s living embodiment of their failure,” and Bradley Whitford will play the sisters’ estranged father Henry.
