Report: Dan Harmon Confirms He's Been Asked Back to 'Community'

A report came in earlier this month that Sony is interested in having Dan Harmon to return to Community for the show's fifth season, and now, it looks like Harmon has confirmed the news. Hollywookiee reports that, at the most recent live taping of his podcast Harmontown, the Community creator said this:

Dan Harmon just told the audience of his podcast Harmontown that he has been asked to return to Community! As soon as Dan said it, he asked that it be edited out of the podcast and it was just for us audience members (and I wasn't going to say a word), but soon after that, [...]

'Billy on the Street', TV's Only Funny Game Show Is Coming Back December 7th

Mark Pearl Harbor Day down on your calendar this year because Season 2 of Funny or Die's Billy on the Street is debuting on December 7th, reports The New York Times. The Fuse network game show, in which host Billy Eichner bombards people on the street with pop culture trivia questions, will have a 12-episode second season featuring big-name guest stars like Funny or Die co-founder Will Ferrell, Maya Rudolph, Nick Kroll, Zachary Quinto, Rachel Dratch, and by accident, Larry from Three's Company.

Billy Crystal Is Starring in the FX Pilot 'The Comedians'

With Robin Williams returning to TV on CBS this fall, it looks like his old comedy buddy Billy Crystal may be coming back to television too after nearly three decades away. Crystal has signed on as a star and producer for the new FX pilot The Comedians, based on the Swedish show of the same name. 70s/80s Sitcom Kingpin Garry Marshall Returning to TV with ‘Golden Guys’

Garry Marshall, former sitcom heavyweight best known for producing and creating Happy Days and spinoffs Laverne & Shirley and Mork & Mindy, just sold a new show to Fox that he wrote with his son, Scott Marshall. The prospective series, Golden Guys, is a multi-camera family comedy about a wealthy guy who gets scammed out of his fortune and has to move back in with his family. 'Whose Line' Returns on the CW on July 16th

Word came in a month ago that Whose Line Is It Anyway? would be returning to TV on the CW network this summer, and today, the CW has announced the official premiere date: July 16th. The show will begin airing Tuesdays at 8pm throughout the summer. While Drew Carey is not returning, Whose Line trifecta Ryan Stiles, Colin Mochrie, and Wayne Brady will be back with guest performers joining them.
