Clark Duke to Join 'The Office's' Office

Kick-Ass/Hot Tub Time Machine/A Thousand Words star Clark Duke is in talks to join The Office as a series regular. There is no word on what role he'll play on the show but there is an opening in customer service and whatever Ryan did.

Portia de Rossi to Play a Munster

Better of Ted's, just kidding, Arrested Development's Portia de Rossi has been cast as Lily Munster in the Munsters reboot, Mockingbird Lane. She'll star opposite Jerry O'Connell and Eddie Izzard. This remake of the Munsters, which stars exclusively comedic actors and is a remake of the Munsters, is intended to be a drama. This makes sense. Also, it's being reported that Arrested Development is going to make a similar shift in its return and become exclusively about a family dealing with a relative's severe illness that prevents him from ever being nude.

Kevin Hart is the Next Jim Belushi

When you look just like Jim Belushi, like Kevin Hart does, it's hard to avoid following in his hallowed foot steps. (And hollowed footsteps – Jim Belushi doesn't have feet.) Kevin Hart was recently picked to star in the remake of the 1980s romantic comedy About Last Night, playing Jim Bel's old role, the best friend of the lead. He is the only person cast so far, so maybe their interesting take on the story would be to tell it from the perspective of the friend, Rosencrantz and Guildenstern Are Dead-style. Next for Kevin Hart is a remake of K-9, probably.

Erinn Hayes Joins the Cast of 'Guys with Kids'

Erinn Hayes was cast as a series regular on Guys with Kids, the new NBC sitcom about guys with kids. She will be replacing Sara Rue, who was originally cast in the part but is staring in ABC's Malibu Country instead.  The Childrens Hospital star will play Sheila, the ex-wife of one of the guys and the mother to one of the kids. She's described as a real type-A attorney type. She might also be a ghost or a ventriloquist or she might not.
