Steve Coogan Will Star in a TV Drama as a Lawyer-Turned-Cop

Steve Coogan is busy filming the Alan Partridge movie in England, but he's just booked a role as the lead in a new show in the States. Deadline reports that Coogan has signed on to star in an ABC drama pilot called Doubt, which would see him playing "a former cop who’s now a cunning but charming low-rent lawyer who uses his street smarts to work the system for his clients while battling his own demons and wooing his ex-wife."

Doubt comes from David Shore, who also created House and introduced another British comedian, Hugh Laurie, to the US with that dramatic series. Coogan is no stranger [...]

Steve Carell and Justin Timberlake Do "Real People, Fake Arms" with Jimmy Fallon

Here's the latest in Jimmy Fallon's "Real People, Fake Arms" series, in which he plays an old clip from a Canadian soap opera called Jacob's Patience that he starred in with Steve Carell and Justin Timberlake. It's the best recurring late night talk show segment that relies heavily on mannequin arms.

Slightly Creepy Memo Sony Sent to the 'Community' Cast about Dan Harmon Leaked

In the wake of hiring new showrunners David Guarascio and Moses Port and what was essentially the firing of Dan Harmon, Sony sent a talking points memo to the Community cast and crew. The hope was to make sure the press wouldn't blow up the story. So yeah, it TOTALLY worked. Was the sarcasm of that last sentence obvious enough? I want to make sure it was totes sars, considering how insane the coverage of this story has been. Ironically, this letter has extended the story even further. Read the slightly scary letter below and decide if any of the cast actually tried to heed this advice.
