Following Tuesday's news that Bill Hader is leaving Saturday Night Live, it looks like the show is losing at least one big cast member (if not two) following this weekend's season finale. An NBC source tells The Post that veteran cast member Fred Armisen is departing and that Jason Sudeikis will probably go, as well. Armisen has been at SNL for 11 seasons and Sudeikis for 8. Seth Meyers expected to leave in the middle of next season (December) to take over Jimmy Fallon's duties hosting NBC's Late Night, the show sure is losing a lot of cast members over the next few months.
With Hader, [...]

Well, those bastards did it. Those magnificent bastards did it. In a world where the desire to make well-crafted, self-aware comedy can turn into a pressure capable of crushing the final product (right? that's not just me?), 30 Rock turned out a truly wonderful conclusion to seven wonderfully bizarre seasons.
Now, obviously I don't have to tell you that the reason 30 Rock is/was the comedian's sitcom was because you could see Tina Fey’s influence in every aspect of the show. That’s the dream about having your own show, right? People just immediately know it’s yours. Having read her book approximately a trillion times, I'm always tickled when I [...]

The first episode of the 30 Rock’s final, 13-episode season airs tonight at 8/7c on NBC, and the internet’s going bananas. Here’s a rundown of all the cool 30 Rock stuff from today. First off, here's a supercut of every terrible TGS sketch mentioned on the show ever.
Alec Baldwin dropped a major bombshell about the show on Twitter:

Just kidding! This is my goodbye post. I'll be taking off after today for other, sadly less wearing-pajamas-all-day work opportunities. It's been an honor covering your comedy news, and even if things got a little uncomfortable sometimes, I think we all had fun. I'm sure I'll be back 'round these parts, and until then you can find me in your hearts by closing your eyes and silently reciting a terrible pun three times (or just find me on Tumblr and Twitter). Special thanks to Frucci for the title of this post and for generally being the coolest boss around. [...]

Meeeeeeeeeeen! In celebration of the life and libido of Charlie Sheen's soon-to-be-deceased Charlie Harper, John Stamos and Jenny McCarthy will be among the guest stars bidding their adieu at the Two And A Half Men funeral. For the show's season premiere, McCarthy will return as one of Harper's many, many, many, many ex-girlfriends, while Stamos reportedly appears as the other M in one of Charlie's epic MMF three-ways. Just exactly the people you'd hope would turn up at your funeral.
