We had reported over a year ago that Adam McKay was set to direct Will Ferrell, Mark Wahlberg, and Alec Baldwin in the Thanksgiving football comedy Three Mississippi; however, in the last few months there was a fumble and a lot of wrestling over the ball. Recently, the ball seems to have rolled right to Adam Sandler's feet, as balls are wont to do.
