Kristen Wiig Might Play Brick Tamland's Love Interest in 'Anchorman 2'

Kristen Wiig is in negotiations for a role in Anchorman sequel, according to The Wrap. Wiig would potentially playing the love interest of Steve Carell's knucklehead weatherman Brick Tamland. Will Ferell and Adam McKay are still writing the script to Anchorman 2, which is set to begin production in March and to release in October 2013. Wiig has worked previously with Anchorman 2 producer Judd Apatow on Bridesmaids and in supporting roles in his other movies. Jeff Garlin Says There Might Be a Season 9 for 'Curb Your Enthusiasm'

After every season of Curb Your Enthusiasm, Larry David says, "I never want to do this again," but the President of HBO claimed that this didn't happen for the first time ever after the most-recent season, and was quoted last year as saying he's "cautiously optimistic" about a Season 9 of the long-running pay-cable show. Today, Curb co-star/producer Jeff Garlin sounded optimistic when weighing in on the likelihood of a new season in an interview with The Austin Chronicle today:

A Smiling Bill Murray Calls Ghostbusters 3 a "Possibility"

Check out a brief interview Bill Murray did with Chicago's WGN, in which he talks mostly about the Cubs and the toll-free voicemail service he uses instead of getting an agent. His unorthodox career strategy has been widely known for a while but it's fun to see him discuss it like a teenager who's getting one over on his parents.
