Fox's Saturday Night ADHD Lineup to End in June

Fox's attempt at an Adult Swim-esque block of weird cartoon programming has met an unfortunate end. EW reports that the Saturday animation lineup ADHD (Animation Domination High-Def) is getting dumped by the network after drawing less-than-stellar ratings and a bunch of viewer complaints by Fox affiliates due to the lineup's "risque content." ADHD — which includes series Axe Cop, High School USA!, and Lucas Bros. Moving Co. — will continue to exist online and will be used to develop potential shows to air on Fox, but it will no longer air every Saturday night after its final broadcast on June 28.

Fox announced earlier this year that ADHD will be a 90-minute block of new and pre-existing shows airing Saturday nights from 11pm to 12:30am, beginning July 27th. The first three shows will be Axe Cop, Dino Stamtopoulos's High School USA!, and an untitled series from the Lucas Brothers. Weidenfeld revealed today that he has "a long term commitment" from the network, meaning that [...]

Fox Will Preview Two New Animated Shows Next Month

Fox will air sneak previews for two new animated series, Lucas Bros. Moving Co. and Golan the Insatiable, when it brings back its Saturday night ADHD block on November 23. The 15-minute previews will air between new episodes of Axe Cop and High School USA! , both of which return on November 2.

Lucas Bros. Moving Co. was created by comedy standup duo and identical twins Kenny and Keith Lucas. The plot follows the brothers starting a moving company "whose customers are often apprehensive to hire such a scrawny duo." Golan the Insatiable is about "a mighty godlord from an alternate universe who arrives in the small town of Oak Grove, where [...]
