Kroll Show and The League actor Nick Kroll is set to play his first starring role in a movie. THR reports that he's been cast in My Brother's Keeper, an indie comedy-drama to be produced by the Duplass Brothers. The film, which is set to start shooting in January in New York, stars Kroll as a young, self-centered businessman destroys his career on the eve of his company's launch. He then moves in with estranged, pregnant sister (Rose Byrne), her husband (Bobby Cannavale), and their three-year-old nephew (some toddler actor), and begins working as the kid's nanny.
