Ellen DeGeneres went on Jimmy Kimmel Live last night and surprised Kimmel with some footage from his last appearance on her show, in which she and his security guard Guillermo played a sneaky practical joke on him. This had better not erupt into a late night/daytime talk show prank war because that would be overstimulating for the one person who watches TV at both of those times.

I think CollegeHumor videos are at their best when they take a concept to an absurd conclusion, ending with pure, undiluted ridiculousness. It's also nice to not have it pegged to something in pop culture, which is almost a must-do with virally-aimed web videos.

Degeneres is a good sport about the whole thing and seems to be fond of cast member Kate McKinnon's impression of her. It's only a matter of time before the two are dancing together side by side, whether it be on SNL or on Ellen.
