Kristen Bell and Craig Ferguson Have a Relaxing Fireside Chat

The final episode of The Late Late Show with Craig Ferguson is just around the corner, but for now just enjoy this relaxing clip of Ferguson and tonight's pregnant guest Kristen Bell hanging out in front of an artificial fireplace with a big jar of peanut butter.

Kristen Bell Tells You What It's Like to Stick Your Foot in Another Actor's Mouth

Here's Kristen Bell on shooting a House of Lies scene where another character puts her foot in his mouth:

…it was as awkward as it seems to be.You know, I had just met another actor who, as per the crazy script written, needed to put my foot in his mouth. We talked about it and I washed my foot and he had a mint — just for shits and giggles — and we just kind of went for it. We didn't practice it at all, obviously, because: No. 1) Why would you? That's weird. No. 2) We wanted it to be realistically awkward when we did it.

"Sophisticated [...]

Dax Shepard, Bradley Cooper, and Kristen Bell Are About to Get Outrun

Dax Shepard, Bradley Cooper, Kristen Bell will lead an ensemble in Outrun that also includes Tom Arnold, Kristen Chenoweth, David Koechner, and Ryan Hansen. The comedy is about "a former getaway driver who busts out of the Witness Protection Program to drive his girlfriend to Los Angeles so she can land her dream job." One thing's for sure: they'll be outrunning lots of people. Or people will be outrunning them. Or animals will be outrunning them. Or there will be a completely separate subplot about Bradley Cooper outrunning his adoring fans after being named Sexiest Man Alive.

Craig Ferguson Heads to Paris with Kristen Bell and His Robot Skeleton Sidekick

While Conan, Leno and Letterman might roam North America to film their shows in unknown cities, Craig Ferguson, Kristen Bell and Ferguson's robot sidekick Geoff Peterson are headed to Paris to shoot a week of La La Late Late Show Avec Craig Ferguson. Conceived as a stripped-down, low-budget version of the late night show, Craig Ferguson's Paris Week will film next week and air the first week in August, unless that terrifying robot escapes into the city, which it almost certainly will.

Will Ken Marino Find Love or Burns on 'Burning Love'?

Ken Marino has been alternative comedy's leading hunk for about 20 years now, so he's the perfect candidate to pretend to pretend to find love. Burning Love is the ideal web series for people who enjoy when people ask, "can I steal you for a minute?" Well, Burning Love, because you are so funny and you have such a terrific cast of female comedians (Malin Akerman, Kristen Bell, Natasha Leggero, June Diane Raphael, Ken Jeong), you can steal me for around eight minutes a week. After the jump you can find episode two and three, where we learn which archetype from The Bachelor everyone represents and who is the famous [...]

Assessing the House of Lies Pilot: Is It a Series to Watch?

House of Lies is set to premiere this Sunday on Showtime, but they put the pilot onYouTube yesterday. The show is about a not-so-ragtag group of management consultants trying to manage and/or consultant (I don’t know how business works) in this crazy world and features many familiar, well-liked faces. Should you watch it?

Reasons you should watch:

It stars a movie star and that movie star is Don Cheadle

If anything can be learned from New Girl is that it’s an absolute joy to be able to watch a movie star on TV each week (and that school teachers in LA have an endless supply of vintage dresses). [...]

House Of Lies Trailer Might Make You Want To Occupy Wall Street

I have the sneaking suspicion, based on the House of Lies trailer posted by co-star Ben Schwartz, that the new Showtime show might be coming out at the wrong time in history. Remember when Sex And The City 2 came out during the recession (that we are currently sliding back into)? The reminder that our every decision is influenced by corporations makes me want to hurl a garbage can through the windshield of a cop car, is what I'm saying. However, if Don Cheadle and the gang are in fact some kind of It's Always Sunny-esque team of total unrelenting dirtbags, that would be  an excellent way balance [...]

Showtime Picks Up House of Lies, Starring Don Cheadle, Kristen Bell and Ben Schwartz

Showtime has picked up the half-hour comedy pilot House of Lies for a 12-episode season. Starring Don Cheadle, Kristen Bell, Ben Schwartz and Josh Lawson, the show focuses on a management consultant and his team. Jean-Ralphio goes legit! here's what Showtime says about the show: The new comedy is a scathing look at a self-loathing management consultant from a top-tier firm. Don Cheadle stars as Marty, a highly-successful and cutthroat consultant who is never above using any means (or anyone) necessary to get his way with and for his clients. Kristen Bell (Veronica Mars) will play Jeannie Van Der Hooven, a razor-sharp, Ivy-League graduate who works at Marty’s [...]

10 Great Comedy Film Audition Tapes

Watching an actor or actress’ screen test or audition tape feels very voyeuristic, like you’re seeing something that’s not supposed to be seen. They’re reading back scenes that, more often than not, will make it into the movie, but they haven’t mastered the role yet — they’re just auditioning, and God knows I wouldn’t want my first draft of, well, anything to be looked at by thousands, if not millions.

But we’re not here to debate the morality of all that: let’s instead take a look at the audition tapes for 10 comedians, from Steve Carell to Emma Stone, for 10 different roles, all of which they eventually [...]

Watch the Slick, French-Toast-Filled Premiere of House of Lies Right Now

What's this? The entire first episode of House of Lies, Showtime comedy with Don Cheadle and Kristen Bell and Ben Schwartz? Oh I do believe it is! Three minutes in, there's already a Zack Morris-style freeze-frame AND a pre-teen son wearing a skirt and announcing his bowel movements. Get to it.

House Of Lies Promo Appeals to America's Love Of Don Cheadle's Balls

In case you weren't thinking about Don Cheadle's balls yet today (which you were), Ben Schwartz aka Jean-Ralphio posted a House of Lies promo as a reminder to think about them…now. Schwartz and Kristen Bell also star in the upcoming Showtime show, which premieres January 8 and follows the adventures of "a self-loathing management consultant (Academy Award nominee Don Cheadle) from a top tier firm who is never above using any means (or anyone) necessary to get his way with and for his clients," a plot which you easily could have interpreted from the video if you weren't so fixated on Don's gyrating pelvis.
