MTV Spills Liquid Television

MTV has unlocked an archive of material from Liquid Television, its late-night animation showcase from the early 90's. The archive includes the original Office Space short as well as Frog Baseball, the first appearance of Beavis and Butt-head. History!

Funny or Die Unearthed Michael Bolton's 'Office Space' Audition

It only makes sense that Michael Bolton would be interested in the role of Michael Bolton in 1999's Office Space, and thanks to Funny or Die you can now watch his long-lost audition in full. I still consider Bolton's turn as Jack Sparrow to be the defining moment of his acting career, but he's not too bad at playing Michael Bolton either.

I'm pretty sure this is just a web video of what an Office Space musical would be like rather than a clip from the audience of an actual Office Space musical, but really, would it be so crazy? If The Addams Family and Spamalot can be hit Broadway plays, why not Office Space?

Mike Judge Says 'Office Space' Made TGI Fridays Get Rid of Their "Flair"

"About four years after Office Space came out, TGI Fridays got rid of all that (button) flair, because people would come in and make cracks about it. One of my ADs asked once at the restaurant why their flair was missing and they said they removed it because of that movie Office Space. So, maybe I made the world a better place."
