Key and Peele Are Officially Two of the World’s Most Influential People

Time magazine unveiled its new list of the world's 100 most influential people, which includes both Late Night host Seth Meyers as well as Keegan-Michael Key and Jordan Peele. Meyers's longtime SNL collaborator Amy Poehler was tasked with writing his profile and called him "the best listener on television," while Judd Apatow wrote Key and Peele's profile titled "The New Faces of Funny." From Apatow's writeup, where he references his upcoming film project with the duo:

Key and Peele: Exclusion in Comedy Is the Same as Bullying

"To not make fun of something is, we believe, itself a form of bullying. When a humorist makes the conscious decision to exclude a group from derision, isn’t he or she implying that the members of that group are not capable of self-reflection? Or don’t possess the mental faculties to recognize the nuances of satire? A group that’s excluded never gets the opportunity to join in the greater human conversation."

Rob Delaney, Megan Amram, and a Fake Prince Account Top 'Time' Magazine's 140 Best Twitter Feeds List

TIME magazine released a list of "The 140 Best Twitter Feeds of 2013" this week, and a lot of comedians made it in this time around. The list features an entire comedy category and also a ton of boring non-comedy categories like "science" and "art." Amongst those who made the comedy portion of the list are Mayor of Twitter Rob Delaney, SNL writer Chris Kelly, Parks and Rec writers Chelsea Peretti and Megan Amram, and Jake Fogelnest's fake account for the musician Prince.
