Silicon Valley’s fourth episode, “Fiduciary Duties,” ends with Richard and Erlich as they leave Peter Gregory’s office, where they spy an old photo of Gregory with Pied Piper rival, Hooli CEO Gavin Belson. In the image, they’re about the same age as Richard and Erlich, who turn back to Gregory. “Is that you and Gavin Belson? Were you guys friends?” And the always-brief Gregory simply replies, “I thought so.”

Pilot season is in full swing, with networks ordering up new shows right and left. Here's a rundown of actors who have been cast in comedies over the past few days:
- Nate Corddry (Studio 60, Daily Show), Matt Jones ("Badger" from Breaking Bad), and Spencer Daniels (Star Trek) have been cast in CBS's Mom, a comedy from unfunny incarnate Chuck Lorre about a newly sober single mom (Anna Faris). Allison Janney was cast previously, meaning Mom will feature a better cast than any show Chuck Lorre's ever been within a hundred feet of.

If anything, the new cut makes Matt Walsh's film look a little like an infinitely more realistic Knocked Up: unplanned pregnancy, police intervention and despair abound in the primarily improvised stoner flick.
