On Please Stop Quoting These Comedies Forever Immediately
When I hear people quote Borat, I immediately go outside and throw a garbage can through the window, regardless of where I am or who I am with.

On The Lost Roles of Chris Tucker
Thing is, his voice is only truly annoying when he shouts or shrieks (*whenever his character in the Fifth Element is on screen and speaking - that's certifiable gun in mouth material for the viewer). He's done some reasonable non-shouting work in both Jackie Brown and Dead Presidents, so, he is capable of toning it down and playing serious. I'd be curious to see the stand-up comedy film the most out of everything referenced in the article.

On Inside the Spanish Version of Saturday Night Live That Aired on Thursdays
I had no idea there were foreign language versions of SNL. The Comedy Tourism features are simply awesome. One more reason why I love this site :)

On Low Standards with John and Matt: Real Genius, Featuring Mike and Jenny Birbiglia
Real Genius is one of my all time favorites. Kilmer at his deadpan finest, a great soundtrack and a funny as hell story that depicts smart people without all of the lame cliches of the era. I too have a poster for this, proudly displayed in my kitchen :) Btw, it was actually released in 1985, not 1983 :)

On For Your Reconsideration: Blades of Glory
I think Blades of Glory is the funniest Will Ferrell sports movie (in general), but Talledega Nights is by far the most quotable. "I like to think of Jesus like with giant eagles wings, and singin' lead vocals for Lynyrd Skynyrd with like an angel band and I'm in the front row and I'm hammered drunk! "
