On Community Recap: “Virtual Systems Analysis”
I'm so fucking tired of this show. The characters aren't growing, I only laughed at the dean jokes last night (AND OOOOO DID I LAUGH) and Abed has officially gone "full retard." I quit.

This post is almost as controversial as that one time Studio 60 did their "Crazy Christians" sketch!!

On Oh, There's Gonna Be Another Super Troopers
Broken Lizard clearly doesn't have enough skinny hipster doofuses in their troupe to warrant the fawning praise that Splitsider usually doles out. FUCKIN' FRAT BROS, RIGHT?!?

On Is Kevin Hart the Next Breakout Comedian?
I think it's downright insane to suggest that race has nothing to do with it. Chris Rock summed up the disparity perfectly in his bit about his neighborhood in NJ: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=53hXBg-U-ac I'm not saying Splitsider/NPR/Slate is racist, it's just that Kevin Hart had to literally become the biggest stand-up in the country and release the most succesful stand up film of the decade to be taken seriously by outfits that heap praise regularly on people like Patton Oswalt, Joe Mande, John Mulaney, Marc Maron, etc. I know that ticket and album sales are far from the be-all-end-all of determining who is a good comic, but it just seems unnecessarily out of whack, especially considering that Kevin Hart has been an UNBELIEVABLE stand-up with readily accessible clips and albums for just as long as Patton or Louis.
