On Handing Out Awards for the 2010-2011 TV Season
Totally agree with "Bob's Burgers" as best new show. The cast is terrific and it's dry and subtle humor is a welcome change of pace from the staleness of "The Simpsons" (seriously, why are people still watching that show?) and the increasing overbearing crudeness of the various McFarlane projects.

On The Ten Best Comedy Pilots in TV History
The Futurama Pilot? Really? Don't get me wrong, I love Futurama but the pilot is easily the worst episode of the shows initial run. The timing is off, none of the jokes work, the character introductions are awkward and worst of all, the episode feels like a pilot instead of a regular episode of the show. The second episode, the one where Fry goes to the moon is a much better intro to the show.
