On Travels with Kyle, Dispatch #3: Omaha, NE and Sioux Falls, SD

I moved back to South Dakota (SD) 20 years ago. I have been to numerous shows and concerts in those 20 years (10 years in Pierre---pronounced PEER---and 10 years in Sioux Falls) and at almost every one of those shows and concerts, the performers were given a standing ovation. I guess, in SD, it's just part of leaving the show efficiently---you gotta get out of your seat to leave, so I just as well stand up and applaud. Either that, or we are just desperate for any entertain out here, we well stand and applaud anything. However, I am sure Kyle's standing ovation was well-deserved.
