On The Final Matchup in the Best Sitcom Episode Ever Tournament Has Been Decided
Jesus Christ. This whole comptetion is like one of those "Top 100 Songs of All-Time" lists on a pop station: kids vote for what they know, the scope of which is limited to their favorite thing of the last year. It's like Ke$sha beating out "Stairway to Heaven". "Community" beats "Fawlty Towers"?? Goodnight!

On You Know Who Else Almost Didn't Have A Bar Mitzvah? Drake., By Pablo Goldstein
I'm sorry...who wrote this? It says "By Becca O'Neal" at the top, but then seems to indicate that it was done by Pablo Goldstein at the end. Just looking for clarification. Thanks!

On Fridays: The SNL Ripoff That Nearly Surpassed the Original
Great article and, as Rebecca said, "Mr. Mike" is excellent work. Read it when it first came out and just finished re-reading it last month.

On Letterman's 10 Most Genuine Moments with His Guests
@Shona Sanzgiri@facebook I understand that you are comparing Letterman's ability to INTERVIEW then vs now, and I agree, he's far more adept in the later years. But to say that the SHOW "struggled" in the 80's (the 80's representing 80% of the show's life) is flat out wrong. It never struggled. And indentifying such a claim as weirdo exposition is reasonable and accurate. Taking it as an "attack" is not reasonable.

On Letterman's 10 Most Genuine Moments with His Guests
I enjoyed the article, but I would remove the line "As the 1980s saw the Late Show struggling to find its way, there was no telling what Carson saw in the weatherman-turned-bumbling court jester." because the show did NOT struggle to find it's way, and I think anyone with half a brain knows what Carson saw in Letterman. What kind of weirdo exposition is this?

On SNL Recap: Jimmy Fallon Comes Home for the Holidays
I used to dislike Fallon. I thought he was too cutesy and the whole crack-up thing was too much. I have totally come around to him in the last couple of years. I wasn't happy that he got the Late Night gig, but I was an idiot. I think he's doing great. I thought it was a pretty great episode. I even like the Beethoven bit. But I agree that the mirro bit was probably the weakest. However, there was one thing that made me laugh out loud: Armisen doing Thom Yorke. When Radiohead were on several weeks back, I asked everyone I knew if they saw it because I had never seen Yorke boogie around like that. So for Fred to do the thing that I went on about to friends...ah, it was great.
